Hear a teaser for Carrie Underwood's new "Sunday Night Football" theme song

Carrie Underwood's new "Sunday Night Football" theme song has been teased in commercials during the 2016 Olympics, and now we know a little more about it.

Since the NBC program began in 2006, the theme song has been a rendition of Faith Hill's "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night," which was set to Joan Jett's "I Hate Myself for Loving You."

After taking over the intro in 2013, Underwood is finally getting her own theme, which is a reworking of the singer's 2014 duet with Miranda Lambert, "Somethin' Bad." The song appeared on Lambert's album and was a No. 1 hit on the Hot Country Songs chart.
