Get ready for a love triangle in "American Horror Story: Hotel"
The "American Horror Story" franchise is mostly known for its scare tactics, but the show wouldn't be the same without Ryan Murphy's penchant for sex scenes -- and lots of them.
Actor Finn Wittrock told People that viewers should get excited to see a love triangle between his character and characters played by Lady Gaga and Matt Bomer.
Wittrock added that there will be some "homoerotica" in the thriller series.
"There's a little homoerotica," he said. "My character's not gay, but he does what he's got to do to get by. That entails a few things. There's also a few intimate moments with The Lady herself which has been a lot of fun."
Fans of the show know that "American Horror Story" has never shied away from unconventional -- and at times deviant -- sex and (partial) nudity. Last season's "Freak Show" included a character who used his claw hands to pleasure women sexually, if that gives you an idea of how deviant we're talking.
Wittrock promised that the next season, "Hotel," will be freakier than ever.
"It's going to be really insane," he said. "In some ways, it's returning to the classic horror genre like the first season. 'Freak Show' was more outside and sprawling, this is more tight and scary. The sex and the blood are really amped up too and outdoing themselves."
Yikes -- we didn't even know that was possible!
Though Jessica Lange will not return for the next season, it seems as though the series is in good hands: Wittrock was just nominated for an Emmy, as were Denis O'Hare, Sarah Paulson, Angela Basset and Kathy Bates -- all of whom are returning next season.
