First trailer arrives for Martin Luther King biopic "Selma"
The Martin Luther King biopic "Selma" has just unveiled its first trailer.
The dramatic promo spotlights David Oyelowo as Dr. King during the 1965 voting rights marches from Selma, Alabama, to Montgomery.
Also starring in the film are Tom Wilkinson (as President Lyndon Johnson), Cuba Gooding Jr., Tim Roth, Carmen Ejogo, Lorraine Toussaint and Oprah Winfrey.
"Selma," directed by Ava DuVernay, opens in select theaters on Dec. 25, and everywhere else on Jan. 9. You can watch the trailer below:
