Dean McDermott, Tori Spelling's husband, enters rehab
Tori Spelling's husband, Dean McDermott, has entered rehab, his publicist, Jill Fritzo, confirmed Thursday.
The 47-year-old actor, who has been the subject of recent infidelity rumors, said he's being treated for "some health and personal issues."
He said in a statement to People magazine that he's "truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family."
He added, "I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves."
Spelling, 40, is an actress, author and reality star. She's set to reunite with her "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-star Jennie Garth for an ABC Family pilot called "Mystery Girls."
She and McDermott have four children -- Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 15 months. He has a son from a previous marriage.
