Deadly small plane crash in San Bernardino County
CALIFORNIA -- Two people are dead after a small plane crashed in San Bernardino County, California, according to the Apple Valley Fire District.
The Apple Valley FPD tweeted that the plane was a L39 jet, and confirmed there were two fatalities.
Fire Marshal Jason Nailon said a witness reported seeing flames out of the engine as the jet was taxiing down the runway.

CBS Los Angeles reports that fire crews were working at 2:30 p.m. to extinguish the flames.
An FAA spokesman told CBS News the plane went down "in a fireball."
According to an FPD tweet, the FAA is on its way.

Nobody on the ground was hurt, but the airport was shut for 24 hours as the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board investigate
The victims have not yet been identified.
