Daniel Craig says "Spectre" might be his last Bond film

Think it's a dream come true to play James Bond?

Not always. Daniel Craig would like to get his life back, please.

The actor told Esquire that he's not sure if he would like to sign on for another movie after the upcoming "Spectre."

"I don't know," he told the magazine. "I really don't know. Honestly. I'm not trying to be coy. At the moment I can't even conceive it."

Does he even want to do another Bond film?

"At this moment, no. I have a life and I've got to get on with it a bit. But we'll see."

Don't get him wrong -- Craig is definitely a James Bond fan and he finds his work rewarding.

"I love James Bond movies, and I love all the old gags and everything that goes along with that," he said. "No disrespect to what happened before but this is completely different. It's got weight and meaning."

And Craig is excited to try and top "Skyfall," the highest-grossing British movie of all time. "We did have the conversation: it's got to be bigger and better," Craig told Esquire. "The stunts, the action, every department. I'm all jangly at the moment because it's over."

Though he said he doesn't know if he'd want to spend a ton of time with Bond in real life, he admitted that he will miss playing the character and working on the movies.

What he won't miss? Having people see him only as 007.

"The day I can walk into a pub and someone goes, 'Oh, there's Daniel Craig' and then just leaves me alone, that'll be great," he said.

It sounds like he's ready to see a new Bond.
