Charlie Sheen says he never pulled a knife on dentist

That's apparently the case for Charlie Sheen, who was accused of pulling a knife on a dentist while in the chair last Thursday.
The "Anger Management" star had an appointment for an abscess, and purportedly became enraged as he was given nitrous oxide for the procedure, a dental technician told TMZ. The technician alleges the star flailed his arms and hit her as she tried to administer the anesthetic.
In a police statement, the technician says that she left the room after being struck, leaving the dentist, Sheen's personal security guard, an oral surgeon and Sheen inside. Then the situation worsened.
The technician says Sheen's dentist exited the office alleging the actor came at her with a knife. She also told police that Sheen's bodyguard said the actor was high on rock cocaine.
While Sheen admitted he had a fit while in the chair, he said this was a reaction to the nitrous oxide, and that the technician who accused him of attacking her lied.
Sheen's representative Jeff Ballard told TMZ, "Charlie was on meds for a shoulder injury and the combo of the Rx he was on along with the nitrous caused the reaction. "We're told Charlie's arms did flail and he accidentally knocked over the dental instruments on the tray, but that was it."
Sheen's lawyer Marty Singer added that the technician falsely accused the actor of assault because she was bitter over being fired: "The story is being made up by this woman [the dental technician] who was fired on Friday for violating HIPAA by telling her son Charlie was in the office," he said. "It got back to Charlie and the dentist fired her."
Law enforcement sources told TMZ the dentist was interviewed Thursday and was clear with cops that the technician was lying, and that there was no mention of drugs, nor was there a knife.
Because the dentist refuted the technician's story, the case will most likely be thrown out.
In 2009, Sheen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault with ex-wife Brooke Mueller. That incident allegedly involved a knife as well.
