Brothers arrested in murder of couple found with ominous note

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Two sons of a San Jose couple found dead in their home Sunday have been arrested in connection with the case, reports CBS San Francisco.

San Jose Police said 22-year-old Hasib Golamrabbi and his 17-year-0ld brother were arrested on suspicion of murder Wednesday in the deaths of Golam and Shamima Rabbi, the boys' parents. Golamrabbi has been booked into the Santa Clara County Jail. The 17-year-old is being held at a juvenile detention center.

The couple was found shot dead at their home in San Jose's Evergreen neighborhood on Sunday, after friends and relatives tried to contact them for several days. Inside the home, taunting messages on the walls scribbled in black marker were also found.

"Sorry, my first kill was clumsy," read one note.

"Take care of your brother or he's next," another message said.

Evidence technicians cut out large chunks of drywall where some of the messages had been written, reports CBS San Francisco.

Police said no additional suspects are being sought.

Golamrabbi is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
