Boyfriend charged in Mich. woman's murder, dismemberment

WARREN, Mich. - The boyfriend of a 22-year-old Michigan woman whose body was discovered last month stuffed inside a storage drum has been charged in her murder, reports CBS Detroit.

Scott Wobbe, 37, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of murder in the first-degree, kidnapping and dismemberment of a body. He was ordered held without bond, according tot he station.

Theresa DeKeyzer's body was found in September, three months after she went missing. According to the station, her body was found entombed in cement inside a 55-gallon drum that was apparently bolted to the floor of a small trailer at Travel Trailer Storage in Wayne County's Plymouth Township.

Police say Wobbe initially told authorities that he last saw her in mid-June near her Warren home. Prior to his arraignment Tuesday, Wobbe had been in custody for violating probation in a Midland County drug case.

Wobbe faces life in prison if convicted on the murder charge, according to the station. He is due back in court on Oct. 28.
