Maryland police search for "endangered" missing pregnant woman

GLEN BURNIE, Md. — Police are searching for a pregnant woman whose husband reported her missing on Friday, Nov. 11.

Ashley Lynn Thomas, 30, is seven months pregnant. Police say she was last seen in the Glen Burnie area wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt, a white Aeropostale sweatshirt, a black t-shirt, black maternity pants with blue jeans underneath, multiple layers of multicolored socks, a pink and white hat, and white sneakers.

She was carrying a backpack with her initials on it when she was last seen, police say.

Thomas is currently wanted by the Anne Arundel County Police Department on charges of drug possession and distribution, but it is unclear if those charges are connected to her disappearance.

Police believe she may use the name Ashley Carroll as an alias and may be in need of immediate medical attention.

Anyone who sees Thomas or has information about her location is urged to call the Maryland State Police Glen Burnie Barracks at 410-761-5130.
