Anna Duggar opens up on Josh Duggar's cheating scandal
Anna Duggar has finally opened up on the scandal surrounding her husband, Josh Duggar.
Anna, 27, will delve into the controversy on TLC's special, "Jill & Jessa: Counting On."
The young mom who shares four kids with Josh will talk at length about the tumultuous time, and "Good Morning America" aired a clip from the show on Wednesday as she talked about her reaction to the blowup.
"I was just like, 'I'm gonna wake up and this is going to be okay,'" Anna said in the clip. "'And this really. This can't be true."
In an earlier clip, Anna said, "It was heartbreaking to hear, what had happened."
Josh's sisters, Jessa Seewald and Jill Dillard, were also heartbroken by the debacle.
"I cried a lot of tears," Jill said. "My first thoughts were for Anna."
"Someone who you love, how could this happen?" said Jessa.
At the same time, the sisters reiterated that they would stay strong as a family.
"We're getting through," Jessa said, while Jill added, "We will come out of this fire."
A source told ET in September that Josh had "no remorse" for being unfaithful to his wife.
"He is not the person everyone thought they knew," the source said. "Anna didn't check up on Josh because she trusted him. When she found out about the cheating, she just cried."
