Adele premieres new song "When We Were Young"

Adele is slowly giving us a taste of her upcoming "25" album.

On Tuesday, the Grammy winner unveiled a live version of "When We Were Young," a new song from her third studio effort, due out Friday. It's another powerful ballad, this time with the lyrics: "We were sad of getting old / It made us restless / It was just like a movie / It was just like a song."

The performance was filmed at The Church Studios in London, where some of "25" was recorded.

"When We Were Young," written by Adele and Tobias Jesso Jr., follows "Hello," the lead single from the set.
