Adele calls out fan for filming concert

It's embarrassing enough to get called out for bad behavior in any scenario, but it's downright mortifying to get called out in front of thousands of people by one of the world's top-selling singers.

That's exactly what happened to one fan at Adele's concert at the Arena di Verona in Verona, Italy on Sunday.

A woman was recording the concert when the singer stopped and took her to task.

"I want to tell that lady as well, can you stop filming me with a video camera?" Adele said into her mic. "Because I'm really here in real life, you can enjoy it in real life, rather than through your camera."

The singer continued: "Can you take your tripod down? This isn't a DVD, this is a real show, and I would really like you to enjoy my show because there's lots of people outside that couldn't come in."

Video (ironically) of the shutdown has gone viral on social media.
