Update: Woman With Dementia Missing In South Mpls. Has Been Found

UPDATE: The woman was found and reunited with her family around midnight Tuesday morning.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 75-year-old woman with dementia is missing in south Minneapolis Monday night.

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board said Carol Louise Bergstrom wandered away from a family member around 5 p.m. at Lake Nokomis Park.

Bergstrom is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 127 pounds. She has dark brown hair with grey-blue eyes. She is wearing a dark brown short sleeve top with dark blue jeans and may or may not be wearing glasses.

Bergstrom was last seen at East 52nd Street and 18th Avenue South, near the southwest area of the park.
