St. Paul Man, 19, Arrested In Woman's Shooting
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A St. Paul teenager has been arrested, and police say he is suspected of shooting a woman in St. Paul Wednesday evening.
The victim was taken to Regions Hospital after being shot following a verbal altercation on St. Paul's east side.
According to St. Paul Police, the shooting happened just after 5 p.m. in the area of White Bear Avenue and East Ross Avenue. The victim was found inside of a vehicle.
On Thursday morning, they announced that they had arrested 19-year-old Timothy Scott Hendricks.
Police believe the shooting was not random.
