Winona PD: 20-Year-Old Critical After Being Shot In Head
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person is in custody after a 20-year-old Winona man was shot in the head late Friday night.
Police say officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 300 block of East 3rd Street just before 10:30 p.m.
The victim, who has not been identified, is in critical condition at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wis.
The suspect, who has also not been identified, was arrested after police spoke to witnesses at the scene.
