Westbound I-94 To Close This Weekend In St. Paul
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Traffic in the west metro has been a headache lately, and it's only going to get worse as delays and detours come to St. Paul this weekend.
Westbound Interstate 94 will close between Interstate 35E and Highway 280 starting at 10 p.m. Friday. It won't reopen until 5 a.m. Monday.
MnDOT says the closure is necessary so crews can pour the north side of the Snelling Avenue bridge.
That bridge goes over Interstate-94 and has been under construction since May.
