Wanda Meinhardt, 63, Killed In Itasca Co. Crash

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A woman has died after being struck by a vehicle Saturday night in Itasca County.
The State Patrol says a Chevy Impala, driven by a 22-year-old Crosby man, was traveling south on Highway 169 by Laplant Road when it struck and killed 63-year-old Wanda Meinhardt of Grand Rapids. Meinhardt was reportedly in the roadway.
Authorities say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
