3 Injured In Motorcycle-Vehicle Crash On Highway 65 In Ham Lake

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A motorcycle-car crash on southbound Highway 65, south of 181st Ave. NE. in Ham Lake, left one person with life-threatening injuries and two others hurt Monday night.

Just after 5:30 p.m. in the 18000 block of Highway 65, a motorcycle driver and passenger were ejected into the center median of the highway.

The motorcycle passenger, a 60-year-old woman, was taken to a hospital via air-ambulance with life-threatening injuries.

The motorcycle driver, a 62-year-old man, was transported to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. The driver of the car is a 77-year-old male with non-life threatening injuries.

The State Patrol is closing southbound lanes. The crash is under investigation and the Anoka County Sheriff's Office remains on-scene.
