Vegan Butcher Shop Sees Big Opening Weekend

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- There were lines out the block this weekend for a first-of-its-kind business that has gotten media coverage around the world.

The Herbivorous Butcher in northeast Minneapolis creates and sells vegan faux meats, flavored to taste like Italian sausage, kielbasa and porterhouse steaks. The business also offers many different vegan cheeses.
