'U' Student Reports Robbery At Gunpoint
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police are investigating after a University of Minnesota student reported being robbed at gunpoint Tuesday evening.
The incident happened at the intersection of 11th Avenue and Sixth Street Southeast, just by the Pillsbury Court Apartments.
The student said two people approached him and flashed a firearm. The student gave them his money and the two assailants fled.
Investigators said the victim was not injured in the incident, but did lose his ID.
Police said they did not have any detailed descriptions of the two suspects.
