Turkey fowls up traffic on Hwy. 169 in Champlin
CHAMPLIN, Minn. – Rush hour was a little wilder than usual Monday afternoon in the north metro.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a turkey was wandering in and out of traffic on northbound Highway 169 in Champlin.
Troopers on scene got some major animal wrangling experience, spending about 45 minutes to safely move the hen away from the roadway.
