State Patrol Reports Minnesota Drivers Still Going Too Fast
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The State Patrol says too many drivers are going too fast. At least 59 people have died on Minnesota roads already this year.
More than one-third of those crashes involved speed.
State troopers have ticketed nearly 14,000 drivers for having a lead foot.
Driving 10 miles over the speed limit may cost you $110.
You can lose your license for six months if you're clocked going over 100.
