St. Paul police say missing teenage boy found safe

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Authorities in St. Paul say a missing teenage boy living with autism has been found safe.

According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the 14-year-old boy had left the care of Ramsey County Child Protection at Children's Hospital on Wednesday night.

Authorities announced the cancellation of the missing person alert on Friday morning.
