19-Year-Old Critical After Shooting At Gas Station In Payne-Phalen Neighborhood
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- Police say a young man was shot at a gas station in St. Paul's Payne-Phalen neighborhood overnight.
It happened just before 12:30 a.m. at the BP gas station on East Wheelock Parkway near Interstate 35E.
Responding officers found a 19-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest, according to the St. Paul Police Department. He was taken to Regions Hospital and was listed in critical condition.
Police haven't arrested anyone yet, but believe this was a targeted attack.
