St. Cloud Police: Woman Finds Ex-Boyfriend With Knife In Closet
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A Minneapolis man is in custody after his ex-girlfriend said he broke into her St. Cloud residence Wednesday night, and then hid in a closet with a knife.
Police say Tyrell Dre'Lee McCoy, 23, was arrested without incident at the residence on the 600 block of 11th Street South.
The 31-year-old victim told investigators she arrived home to find McCoy in her closet. He then threatened her with a knife. Police say no one was injured.
McCoy is in the Stearns County Jail, and could face criminal charges such as burglary, assault, terroristic threats and interference with a 911 call.
