St. Cloud girl who had been missing for weeks found safe

Minneapolis leaders address safety concerns, and more headlines

ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Authorities say a St. Cloud teenager who had been out of contact with her family for over a month has been found safe.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said the 14-year-old "ran away from home" on Aug. 8. On Thursday morning, the agency canceled the missing person alert for the girl.
