Sheriff: Missing Man Found Dead Near Western Wisconsin Lake

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The body of missing man was found last week on the shoreline of a western Wisconsin lake.

The Barron County Sheriff's Department says crews were already searching for Ben Jacobson last Tuesday when a homeowner called 911 to report finding a truck that crashed on his property on the west side of Silver Lake in Lakeland.

Authorities responded to the scene and found Jacobson dead with his truck, which crashed into an embankment.
