Report: River Falls Man Falls On Aquarium, Cut By Glass & Dies
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 45-year-old River Falls, Wisconsin, man is dead after he fell on an aquarium and was cut by glass Monday.
According to the River Falls Journal, Jeffrey Carlson was found dead by a relative at a residence on the 1600 block of Valley Quail Drive late Monday.
Police believe Carlson was cut by glass after he fell on an aquarium and died from a wound to his torso. The autopsy report indicates his death was accidental and caused by a fall.
Police Chief Gordie Young says no play is suspected, but the case is still open.
