Registration Nearly Full For Grandma's Marathon
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Time is running out for runners and volunteers who want to participate in Grandma's Marathon.
The June 20 race is one of the largest in the country. As many as 8,500 people can run the course, which goes between Two Harbors and Duluth.
Regisration for the marathon closes Sunday, and there are about 900 spots left. If you don't want to run, you can still volunteer -- organizers still need 500 people to help with traffic, crowd control and water stations.
