Red Cow To Add Location At MSP
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Bring on the burgers!
It will soon be easier for people to grab a burger as they head out of town. That's because Red Cow will be adding a location at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
The restaurant will be located in Terminal 1 in Concourse E.
The airport Red Cow will serve craft beers, wine and cocktails in addition to their award-winning burgers. A grab-and-go menu will also be available for those wanting to pick one up quick before they board.
They hope to be up and running by early 2017.
Red Cow is just one of several new local favorites being added to the airport as part of its new renovations.
