Recipe: Apple Crisp
Ingredients
2 lb Braeburn apples peeled
.25 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup granulated sugar
¼ t of cinnamon
1 t lemon juice
1 T honey
Small amount of corn starch
Streusel Ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
Directions
Toss cored, peeled apples in a bowl with remainder of ingredients. Pack tossed apples in a dish of choice and cover with streusel. Bake on 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until streusel is golden brown.
