Ramsey Co. Officials Issue Warning Not To Help Hoffman
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Ramsey County attorney has now charged Ty Hoffman with second-degree murder in the death of Kelly Phillips.
A warrant has been issued for Hoffman's arrest.
On Friday, Undersheriff Joe Paget said that they think someone may be in contact with Hoffman.
"We are urging anyone who has harbored or assisted him in any way since the murder of Mr. Phillips to come forward right away," Paget said.
Paget said that if they find out that someone has been helping Hoffman, that person could also be charged in the case with a felony -- and could face up to 20 years in prison.
Phillips was gunned down at a gas station in Arden Hills last Monday.
