Private Industry Memorial For Prince Held In L.A.
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Friends, family and music industry colleagues attended a private memorial for Prince on Wednesday.
The gathering was held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences building in Beverly Hills.
Over two and a half hours, the group celebrated Prince's life and work.
They reportedly watched past interviews, performances and heard from guests speakers.
Celebrity attendes included his ex-wives, Larry King, Herbie Hancock and Spike Lee, who also spoke at the event.
