Police: Woman Crashes Vehicle Into Fridley Slumberland
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A Slumberland in Fridley is cleaning up after a woman crashed her car into the furniture store early Friday afternoon, according to police.
Fridley police spokesman Ryan George says at around 12:31 p.m. a woman drove her car through a Slumberland located on 8490 University Ave NE.
There were no injuries to customers and George said the woman was being checked when he left the scene. If there were any injuries, he said they would be minor.
Alcohol does not appear to be a factor, but rather a mistake between the gas and brake pedals, George said.
