Police: St. Cloud Man Masturbated While Staring At Woman
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 27-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested last Friday after allegedly exposing himself and masturbating while staring at a woman in public, according to police.
St. Cloud Police said the incident happened at about 3:33 p.m. on the 1300 block of 2nd Street NE. A 23-year-old female victim told police she saw a man, later identified as Derek David George, staring at her in public while he exposed himself and performed lewd acts outside his apartment building.
Police took George into custody and he admitted to masturbating in public. He's in the Benton County Jail facing felony charges of indecent exposure because of prior convictions.
Authorities said George had just completed treatment the day of his arrest for a previous incident.
