Police: Shooting In N. Mpls. Leaves 2 Injured

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – City police said Friday night they're investigating a shooting in north Minneapolis that sent a man and a boy to the hospital.

The shooting happened in the area of the 2900 block of Bryant Avenue North, Minneapolis police said.

The Shot Spotter picked up the gunshots, and when police arrived at the scene they found two victims: a boy and a man. Both suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The victims were found in separate places, but police say their wounds were related to the same incident.

The victims were taken to North Memorial Medical Center.

The shooting remains under investigation.
