Smith Avenue High Bridge reopened following emergency response
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- There was a large police and firefighter presence near the Smith Avenue High Bridge in St. Paul late Thursday evening.
St. Paul police say there was a suspicious object found in a sewer, but it turned out to be nothing.
The area was cleared and road reopened before midnight.
