Police: Man, 50, Drowns In Dog Lake
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A man drowned in Dog Lake in Wright County Saturday night, Wright County officials said.
Authorities say a man, 50, fell off a dock on Dog Lake shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday evening. The body of the male was recovered before 8 p.m.
The Wright County Sheriff's Office said the man was fishing off a public access dock when he fell into the water. He struggled in the water and never resurfaced. The man's body was found in about six to 10 feet of water.
The drowning is currently under investigation. The name of the man has not been released.
