Calvin Lavell Garron identified as pedestrian killed in Fridley hit-and-run
FRIDLEY, Minn. -- Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian Friday in Fridley.
It happened just before 5:30 p.m. on the 6000 block of East River Road Northeast.
Officers were called to the scene after a man was found on the ground. The victim was identified Tuesday as 51-year-old Calvin Lavell Garron.
Police say the vehicle involved may have front-end damage. Anyone who knows or saw anything should call the Anoka County Sheriff's Office.
