Police: Fight Outside St. Cloud Library Leaves 1 With Serious Injuries

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police say two men were reportedly fighting outside the Great River Regional Library in St. Cloud Monday morning. Just before 11 a.m. officers say they found a man with a serious cut on his neck from a knife. He was taken to a hospital where he is in stable condition.
The second man involved in the fight left the scene and officers say they were not able to find him. Police say it was likely not a random incident and the investigation is active.
