Crews Battle Apartment Fire In Plymouth

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Crews battled a fire Sunday morning at an apartment building in Plymouth.
Authorities responded at about 9:08 a.m. Sunday to a fire on the 11000 block of 12th Avenue North. An occupant of the building reported smoke and flames, which could be seen rising from the building when firefighters arrived.
Authorities say the residents and their pets made it out of the building safely. There were no injuries associated with the fire, which crews were still on scene fighting Sunday afternoon.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
