Pedestrian Hospitalized After Hit-And-Run In Brooklyn Park

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A man has been hospitalized after being hit by a car in Brooklyn Park late Tuesday night.
According to Brooklyn Park police, around 11 p.m. a 23-year-old man was hit at the intersection of County Road 81 and 71st Avenue North.
Police said a car ran a red light, hit the man and fled the scene, traveling south on County Road 81. The man was taken to the hospital. He is in critical condition.
Police said they are looking for a dark colored sedan which should have damage to the front end.
