Chanhassen Resumes Paisley Park Rezoning Discussion

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Chanhassen City Council is set to resume discussions on rezoning Paisley Park on Monday.

Organizers want Prince's estate to be a full-time museum.

Last week, the city council delayed action on rezoning the building out of concern about public safety and traffic. On Tuesday, they decided to issue a temporary three-day permit to accommodate some of the people who purchased tickets.

There remains one more day scheduled for tours – Oct. 14. Fans who purchased tickets but can't get in these three days can get a refund.

The City Council discussions were originally supposed to happen later this week, but were moved earlier.
