MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The plan to turn Prince's home and recording studio into a museum took another step forward Tuesday night.

The Chanhassen Planning Commission passed a motion to re-zone Paisley Park to allow for it to become museum. The commission also added amendments to conduct a transportation study.

Public tours of the site are scheduled to begin Oct. 6.
