NEXT Weather: Bright, blustery Thursday; warmup arrives next week
MINNEAPOLIS — Expect plenty of sunshine Thursday with seasonable highs in the mid-to-upper 40s.
Winds will be the only issue Thursday, with gusts up to 40 mph.
There are some scattered snow showers across northern Minnesota that continue there into the night, but only a few clouds will drop south into the Twin Cities.
It will be a bit cooler Friday, and less windy and fewer clouds. Highs will struggle to hit 40.
A warm front lifts northward late Saturday, which will pick up the wind again and possibly throw a stray shower our way. However, the next several days will largely be dry.
That front begins our warmup, with highs pushing 60 into early next week.
