NEXT Weather: Thursday to feature frost, rain, and highs in the 80s
MINNEAPOLIS — Temperatures will rise above average Thursday, but not before another frosty overnight in parts of Minnesota.
Parts of northern Minnesota and northern Wisconsin will be under a frost advisory again Thursday morning.
The wind will then pick up, pumping some warm air over the region. The Twin Cities will have a good shot of hitting 80 degrees Thursday.
Rain showers will pop up along a cold front in western Minnesota Thursday afternoon. That front will move west to east and bring showers to the metro overnight Friday.
We will be dry this weekend with highs just below average in the low 70s, and mostly sunny skies.
