NEXT Weather: Isolated thundershowers, large hail possible in metro Tuesday

NEXT Weather: 10 p.m. report from May 29, 2023

MINNEAPOLIS – Isolated thundershowers will return to the Twin Cities Tuesday, including a chance for large hail.

A few isolated storms will roll across western Minnesota overnight, and it's possible a shower could migrate as far east as the metro by Tuesday morning.

Tuesday's high will be 87 in the metro, and there's a renewed threat for thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon and evening, including in the metro. Any severe weather will be highly localized, if it occurs at all.
