MINNEAPOLIS – After a cool Tuesday night, the Twin Cities will warm up to near-average temperatures.

It may even get up to 40 degrees Wednesday, which will be partly cloudy.

Thanksgiving looks like it will also be cloudy, with a very slight chance of a few sprinkles and flurries. The roads will get wet, but nothing treacherous for holiday travelers.

Sunshine returns Friday and into the weekend, which may have a few shots of hitting the low 40s.

You can also expect great road conditions through the weekend for any Thanksgiving travel in the region, although there is the possibility of a few slick spots earlier in the day from below-freezing temps. Our snow will continue to dwindle into the weekend.
