MINNEAPOLIS — Wednesday will be another day with highs in the 60s, but a cooldown begins on Thursday.
Wednesday's high temperature will be 64 degrees. Clouds will increase as the day rolls on.
We've had quite the stretch of sunnier days over the last month. Only a few days were mostly cloudy to cloudy. More clouds today and some clouds on Saturday as well. ☁️🌫️ @WCCO #mnwx #wiwx pic.twitter.com/KdGlJCKZvC

A storm system will travel east Wednesday, reaching southern Minnesota early Thursday morning. The metro isn't expected to see much if any rain, while areas closer to Interstate 90 could get a half inch of precipitation.
Expect temps to drop to the lower 50s Thursday and Friday, with Saturday's high dropping into the 40s. It will be a bit breezy going into the weekend, with wind picking up Saturday and Sunday. Gusts over 30 mph are possible on Saturday.
Sunday, St. Patrick's Day, will be even cooler, with a rain/snow chance in western Wisconsin.
